Health and movement

Yoga and any physical practice carry some risk. Talk to your doctor before starting, especially if you are pregnant, postpartum, managing a chronic condition or recovering from an injury, and let your teacher know about any needs or limitations. Our classes are trauma-sensitive but they are not therapy or medical treatment, and nothing on this site is medical advice.
